Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Effective July 5, 2026 · Aquery is operated by WePro LLC, New York, NY, USA

Terms of Service

1. The service. Aquery ("the Service") is a read-only advertising and business analytics platform. You connect your own data sources (ad platforms, CSV files); the Service analyzes them and returns insights. The Service never creates, edits, pauses, or manages campaigns, and never spends money on your behalf.

2. Your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your workspace. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Your data, your ownership. You retain full ownership of all data you connect or upload. We process, analyze, and return insights. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or use one customer's data to benefit another.

4. Read-only access. Platform connections (Meta Ads, Google Ads) are established with read-only scopes. You may revoke access at any time from the platform's own security settings or by disconnecting in Aquery.

5. Insights are decision support, not advice. Insights are generated from your data using deterministic analytics with AI-written explanations. They are recommendations for your evaluation — final decisions and their outcomes are yours. We do not guarantee specific financial results.

6. Acceptable use. Do not attempt to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or connect data sources you are not authorized to access.

7. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" during its pilot phase. We target high availability but do not yet offer a contractual SLA.

8. Cancellation & deletion. You may cancel at any time. On cancellation — or on request at any time — all your connected data, metrics, and insights are permanently deleted within 30 days (see Privacy Policy and the Delete All Data control in Settings).

9. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to your account email with reasonable notice.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. (a) Account data: name, email, company name. (b) Connected business data: advertising performance metrics you authorize via read-only OAuth or upload via CSV (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue). (c) Operational logs: actions taken in the Service, kept for security and audit purposes.

What we do with it. Analyze it to produce insights for you. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell personal or business data, do not serve ads, and do not share data with third parties except the subprocessors below.

Subprocessors. Hosting: Hostinger (VPS, EU/US infrastructure). AI narration: Anthropic (Claude API) — receives only aggregated, verified findings (e.g., campaign names and computed metrics), never your credentials or raw exports. Payment processing (when billing launches) will be listed here.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Tenant data is isolated per workspace. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and never logged. Every data access is recorded in an append-only audit log.

Retention & deletion. Business data is retained while your account is active. On cancellation or deletion request, all connected business data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can trigger this yourself: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete All Data.

Your rights. Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data anytime: wepros.info@gmail.com.

Cookies. The Service uses only a functional login token in your browser's local storage. No advertising or tracking cookies.
